After working on the landlord’s side of the real estate transaction for 20 years with Equitable Real Estate and its successor, Lend Lease Real Estate, Paul Stevens founded P. Stevens Associates, Inc. ("PSA") in 2004. At Equitable and Lend Lease he was responsible for asset managing all real estate product types that included office buildings, regional shopping centers and industrial/warehouse properties.
His unique combination of real estate experience from an owner's point of view, plus holding the designations of Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Real Property Administrator (RPA) gives him an unparalleled insight into an owner’s operating philosophy with specific emphasis on economic lease clauses and tenant escalations. He has been a guest speaker at industry groups such as Corporate Real Estate Network (CORENET), Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and International Tenant Representative Alliance (ITRA).
Since the company was formed in 2004, PSA has saved tenants over $41 million as a result of performing lease audits.
